Welcome to Quixtar's The Best For You - A blog about Optimal Health
health sales kit

Would you be interested in a simple way to get your newest IBOs selling Nutrilite and XS products?

What if it cost just $79, qualified them for Quixtar Business Incentives, and offered free shipping?

What if it included 58 product samples, all attractive to retail customers?

What if there were a profitability calculator they could use to figure out how to make back the cost of the kit, set monthly sales goals, or decide how many customers they'd need for profitability?

Do you think your IBOs would be interested in it? I hope so!

It's the new Health Sales Kit, on advance order right now, and shipping in April.

Take a look at the product page and let me know what you think.

Cathy, I've had mine on advance order for three weeks, can hardly wait. And what didn't occur to me is that at $79 ($89 in Canada) it will qualify a new IBO ordering it for the start up business incentives!!! Someone had their thinking cap on for that!!! Thank you!!! :)

RDK, did you click on the animation on the product page? We're 'specially proud of that. Thanks for the thinking cap comment; this kit represents countless hours of planning and lots and lots of IBO feedback (no, not him). We had IBO participation, from first concept, thru focus groups, to pilot testing, and boy, did that make a difference! Internally, we couldn't be happier. The real test, of course, is this: Will it help new IBOs make more money sooner? And we'll have to see on that.

Nice pun :)

I'm sure he'll get a kick out of that!!!

Ram, thanks for your kind comments!

We hope that you like this kit as much as you do the Simply Nutrilite Launch Kit.

The new Health Sales Kit includes the Simply Nutrilite Food Bars Variety Pack (12 bars) and matching customer handouts.

Are you willing to be interviewed about how retailing's working for you? If so, send us info on best time/day/way to reach you, at nutrilite.products@quixtar.com. And thanks again!

I'm really excited about the new kit too.  You wrote, "What if it cost just $79, qualified them for Quixtar Business Incentives, and offered free shipping?"  Do you mean that this kit is a "qualifying Quixtar Product Pack" that is one of the requirements for new IBOs to be elligable for the free shipping and $50 Cash Awards?

Hi, Cathy! Glad we have someone here representing our Health lines--outside of Team Nutrilite! I think the new sales kit will be great--but I have a request. There used to be Nutrilite bags available, but they have gone. They were actually a little big for most customer sales, so I understand if they didn't get used. It would be nice to have just a simple, plastic T-shirt bag (the bag with punched out handles like the grocery store) in two sizes with the logos for Nutrilite, Simply Nutrilite, Team Nutrilite and Nutrilite Sports products on them to create a more professional impression for our customers. It would be nice to create an "Expansion Health Kit" that would include some of those! Secondly, it would have been really nice to get information on the new Nutrilite Energy products, and where we are to position them in relation to XS, BEFORE they appeared on the site. All we got ahead of time was the back page of Achieve in March, telling us to look for a new line in April....???

Cathy, I was wondering why there is Sucralose is so many of the corporation's products, including ones that have sucrose/sugar. Many people have problems or fears with "fake" sugar. I can understand why for sugar free products, but every time my wife picks up a product with Sucralose, or any of the other fake sugars, it gets put back down. You would think you could buy something from Q/A that was real. Take the sports drinks, some are sugar free, but the rest still have sucralose.

This is a reply to AJGannon's questions, which it took forever and a day to track down. Sorry, all: AJ wondered if a new IBO buying the kit would qualify for the $50 cash bonus. Short answer is, yes, if they also complete the Welcome to Quixtar and hit the 150 PV minimum that month, with at least 50 of it coming from customer sales.

I also asked, what if the IBO had already purchased a Qualifying Product Pack? Would their next order, for the Health Sales Kit qualify for free shipping? Again, the answer is yes, since the kit costs $79 and the minimum order for free shipping is $75.

Qualifying product packs are listed below, and more info is here: https://www.quixtar.com/documents/iwov/ibo/010-en/pdf/ibo%20support/qbi08_newflier.pdf

Thanks Cathy! I didn't realize that there are so many qualifying product packs. That's great to have them all listed in one place!

Utah is working diligently to get the word out about artificial sweeteners, since he's posted the same comment on multiple Quixtar Corporate blogs.  That's alright.  My intention isn't to try to cancel out every one of his posts.  On a rare occasion when I'm promoting my product, I come across someone who won't touch something with artificial sweetener.  I respect that position.  I do think it's smart that Nutrilite has some products that have both sucralose and real sugar added.  Sucralose is many times sweeter than sugar, so the manufacturer can cut out a lot of the sugar and replace it with a small amount of sucralose.  The result is a product that tastes natural, but has less sugar.  I've heard a whole lot more negative press about sugar than I have about sucralose, maltitol, and ace-K, the primary artificial  sweeteners used in Nutrilite's bars and drinks.  Obesity and diabetes are the result of Americans' sweet-teeth.  The sad fact is that natural sugar is really contributing to chronic health problems.

Quixtar does have some alternatives for the "all natural" consumer.  The Simply Nutrilite food bars and the antioxidant juices come to mind.

Hi Cathy,

Would you have time to do a little research into the new Nutrilite Sports Nutrition Protein shakes?  The protein in them has been reduced from 35g (in the XS Power Nutrition shakes) to 25g per serving.  The cost has remained about the same.  According to the competitive comparison charts on Quixtar.com they still have more protein than the other brands on the chart.  Why is there less protein in the new formula?  Is the 25g an ideal amount for the human body to absorb and assimilate?  Did Nutrilite find through research that 25g of protein is better than 35g?  Are there any other significant changes in the new formula?

# Cathy Lawrence said on April 21, 2008 10:08 AM:

Hey, AJ.

Thanks for asking. I'm sure you're not the only one wondering.

I'll look into the amount of protein in the shakes for you with the Sports Nutrition team. Back to you as soon as possible!
